How an endpoint gets in

LupaPlaza answers a single question: which URL an agent can pay right now and take the data from. Everything else (rails, fees, global dumps) is a different product.

What gets in

  1. Mainnet. Production network shown in the 402 challenge (e.g. Base eip155:8453). Testnet does not enter the public index.
  2. 402 live. The probe must see an HTTP 402 with network, asset, amount y payTo. A marketing 200 is not a paywall.
  3. LatAm / AR preference. We prioritize endpoints useful to agents operating in LatAm, especially Argentina. We do not list the whole Bazaar.

What LupaPlaza is not

  • LupaRiel — a map of rails: how value moves. We do not map rails here.
  • LupaPago — a directory of PSP fees. We do not catalog fees here. A payable slice (e.g. Mobbex via x402) gets in as an endpoint, not as a price table.
  • Global x402 dump — we are not Coinbase Bazaar. Dead and testnet stay in the lab, not in the HTML.

Lab vs public view

data/apis.json y /api/apis.json may have testnet, dead or incomplete rows for the probe. The listing, the sitemap and /discovery/resources only publish mainnet + live 402.

There is no playground or sandbox. The agent pays the seller's endpoint_url.

How it is classified

  • mainnet — live 402 on a mainnet network. This is what is public.
  • testnet — live 402 on testnet (e.g. Base Sepolia). Lab only.
  • dead — unreachable, or not a 402 when a paywall was expected.
  • incomplete — there was a 402 but fields needed to pay are missing.
